11th ANNUAL CHILDREN’S ADVOCACY DAY

(COLUMBIA, S.C.) – Attorney General Alan Wilson will observe the 11th annual Children’s Advocacy Center Day with state legislators and advocates from the South Carolina Network of Children’s Advocacy Centers at a press conference.

Children’s Advocacy Center Day is sponsored by the South Carolina Network of Children’s Advocacy Centers, Children’s Trust of South Carolina and Silent Tears. Children’s Advocacy Centers in South Carolina provided services to over 11,000 children for allegations of child abuse in 2021. Children’s Trust promotes prevention of child abuse, neglect and injury. Silent Tears promotes awareness of child sexual abuse.
