Thrivent Financial – a faith-based financial organization – is hosting a workshop in Lexington, South Carolina early next month with the goal of helping residents make better decisions with their money.

The workshop will focus on income taxes and retirement, in the hopes of helping attendees “learn about the financial outcomes (they) may face – and how to make decisions that are right for you.

“Turn retirement concerns into confidence,” a flyer for the event noted.  “Get positive, professional guidance from a membership organization of Christians that has been helping its members be wise with money and live generously for more than 100 years.”

The workshop will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. EST at The Haven Coffee House, which is located in downtown Lexington, S.C. (121 E. Main Street). Refreshments will be served at the event, which is being hosted by the Greater Midlands Group.
