Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Jeff Duncan (SC-03) filed legislation, the Ultrasound Informed Consent Act, to continue standing up for the sanctity of life. He was the main sponsor of the same legislation in the 114th Congress and 115th Congress.

“Protecting life is the most important issue of our time, and I couldn’t think of a better week to re-introduce this bill than the week of the 2019 March for Life. On Friday, thousands of Americans will march in support of all life, born and unborn, and to give a voice to the voiceless.
