The dramatic case of The McGills is headed to trial next week … although it is not immediately clear whether the public was supposed to be aware of that fact.

This reality television show-in-waiting has been handled as Doe vs. Doe on the docket in recent months, but it appears as though someone entering data on the family court docket in Richland County, South Carolina this week didn’t get that memo.

“McGill vs. McGill” has been scheduled for an 11:30 a.m. EST hearing next Monday, November 26.

Will it be open?  We intend to find out …

In the meantime, the case files related to this contentious, politically charged divorce remain sealed.
