RELEASE: Congressman Ralph Norman to Unveil the Renaming of Fort Mill Post Office


Washington, D.C. – Congressman Ralph Norman (SC-05) introduced H.R. 4301, the “J. Elliott Williams Post Office Building” and it was recently signed into law by President Trump. This bill was to rename the Fort Mill Post Office in honor of Fort Mill born United States Navy sailor James Elliott Williams, the most highly decorated enlisted sailor in the history of the U.S. Navy.

On Tuesday, November 20th, Congressman Norman will host the Fort Mill Post Office dedication. In attendance, as well, will be SC State Rep. Raye Felder and some of Mr. Williams’ family and friends.

This event is free and open to the press.
